Afin de garantir le pouvoir d’achat et compenser la hausse des prix, l’Assemblée Nationale a adopté la loi n° 2022-1158 du 16/08/2022 portant mesures d’urgence pour la protection du pouvoir d’achat.

Cette loi prévoit en outre de revaloriser de 4 % les minimas sociaux avec effet rétro actif à compter du mois de juillet 2022. Cette revalorisation concerne les prestations suivantes :

L’Allocation aux Adultes Handicapées : 956.65 €
Le Revenu de Solidarité Active : 598,54 €
La Prime d’activité : 586.23 €
L’Allocation de Solidarité aux Personnes Agées : 953.45 €
L’Allocation Supplémentaire d’Invalidité : 415.98 €
L’allocation Veuvage : 632.19 €
L’allocation de Solidarité Spécifique pour les chômeurs en fin de droit : 536.95 €

Les sommes renseignées ci-dessus pourront varier en fonction des revenus du foyer, elles représentent donc un montant maximal qui peut être versé aux personnes qui relèvent de ces dispositifs. En plus des minimas sociaux, l’Etat a également revalorisé les retraites de base.

Par ailleurs, cette loi inclut d’autres mesures qui permettent de soutenir le pouvoir d’achat des français face à l’inflation qui a atteint 6 %. Elles concernent notamment le bouclier tarifaire sur les prix de l’énergie, la résiliation électronique d’un abonnement, l’achat de tout type de produit alimentaire avec un titre-restaurant… Pour en savoir plus :
